If you are looking for a beautiful tiny/mobile home and great customer service, go to Ozark Tiny House Outlet! David assisted us in the process of purchasing our tiny home and did a wonderful job. He was very honest, informative, and easy to work with. My husband and I also appreciated that the homes on the lot are very well built and have features that most mobile homes don’t; drywall, solid counter tops, tile shower, nice appliances, engineered wood deck, etc. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with our purchase!

They have some cute little homes there. I didn't get to view as many as I wanted to to our not having time. We are shopping for our mother a tiny home because she has been retired for a while and just wanting to down size everything. Sorry I dont remember they guys name that helped us was really nice and was really knowledgeable on each home on the lot. He took the time to answer all our questions and then some. I believe we will be coming back to this location for our mothers tiny home because we were really impressed with the knowledge of the salesman and the great customer service.

Me and husband stopped by to look at Tiny homes, to our surprise they were fabulous and the Single Mobile homes were amazing David B, Manger was very nice and kind and took the moment to speak with us. That's total customer satisfaction!!!

These are really cute but the price will knock you out!!! I know building things are expensive but they have a sign out front as you pull in and leave that says don't make that $10,000 mistake, well they must he talking about themselves. For what they charge for a tiny house, I could go buy a nice normal size house with land. $96,000 and some for the first one we looked at. No thank you

Took my mom by here the other day and they have a big variety they have these adorable little houses that are like super nice quality and the layout it's perfect to move into immediately. They also have larger trailers and those aren't as high quality but they're definitely affordable. if I had a hunk of land and I needed to put my first building on there it would be a trailer from these guys. They have some really nice starter trailers.

Debbie and her husband David are hands down the best business people I've ever worked with. They're honest, straight forward, no blury lines or smoke screens, just good people. Their pricing is the best in all 3 states I compared (Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri) they've got a solid system from the second you say you want to buy something to the loans, to the transport, delivery and setup. I normally hate a one stop shop because you usually have to sacrifice something for the convenience. Not here. Not with David and Debbie. They've done all the hard work for you and just get it done. I can't give them enough praise for what they've done for my family

Very friendly owner and love the designs and overall quality of what he offers vs others we've seen! We've got our model already picked out and in April to May we hope to be tiny house owners ourselves! If you don't want the huge mcmansions and like small and cozy but easy to maintain and affordable come see them up here at Ozark!

They have a great selection of different layouts. They have a great open door policy where customers can look at their leasure and have someone in the office to answer any questions you might have. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays. So if you find yourself there on those days, it's worth coming back when they are open to have a proper walkthrough. I did just that yesterday and had to go back today so I could enter inside them to look.
